This Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and procedures for cancelling orders and appointments at myMD Healthcare.

1. Appointment Cancellation

Appointments with doctors can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Lab Test Cancellation

Lab test bookings can be cancelled before the technician arrives for sample collection. Once the sample is collected, the booking cannot be cancelled.

3. Pharmacy Order Cancellation

Orders for medicines can be cancelled as long as they have not been dispatched from our pharmacy. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Return Policy.
