Orders for medicines or diagnostic tests can be cancelled before they are processed. Once a sample has been collected or medicines have been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Medicines can be returned if they are damaged during transit or if the wrong medicine was delivered. Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the return has been approved. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
